The same measure you give to others

Instead of dyeing from within
Tell the person how hurt you're by his/her action
And be ready to let go even without him/her saying sorry

Live in peace with all men
Be an effulgence of love
Dissipate love and let it radiate all over you
So obvious that anyone who comes in contact with you testifies to it.
