Well, I feel marriage shouldn't be castigated based on age difference most especially in such cases as this where the woman is older than the man(that is if such marriage is based on God's leading and not material/lust-oriented. I have seen a couple of such marriages doing fine (though, they are only about +/-5 years age different and not with so much as 10+ age difference on the part of the woman).
