All business firms strives to achieve the customer loyalty by not just meeting the needs of the customer but going beyond that and delighting customers through improved customer service and satisfaction.
Companies do realize the importance of retaining a customer as acquiring a new customer is a costlier affair. Hence to retain customers, firms provide different loyalty programs.
I so much like the way this concept is described in politics " been loyal is to be 100% responsible to a course or structure or one's leader" it can't be expressed until it is completely observed.
There is no two way to it, in any type of relationship you're either friendship or family relations, you've to be loyal to your partner to make the relationship work out.
By been loyal, you enjoy the relationship more because of your stability and commitment towards making the relationship stand.
You can't afford to be an infidel in a relationship because the price for that is too much for you to pay, if you must be in a relationship, know that you're signing a contract of loyalty, so be loyal!!!
