Success Pill X: Follow your passion

Following your passion means exploring areas that spark your interest, developing your skills in a specific area,
and using those skills to contribute to something beyond yourself.

Passion is like a fuel your engine which is the body needs to power on. There are no unsurmountable hurdles where passion lies because it drives you beyond the challenges, knowing full well it's your default mode you're operating from.

One of my Psychology lecturers do say "There is no greater motivation asides from the one that comes from within you", so she'll always keep the lecture alive by asking from time to time "Students, are you motivated" and we will all thundered "Motivated motivated Ma". She believes the will to succeed or fail rest inside of every human and only if and when the will to succeed is stronger enough than the excuse to fail can it overcome the external limitations.

Many of us youths confused our "Course of Study" as to be our "Passion" but that's not always correct. Some people were lucky enough to study a course they've passion for but even more people are not so lucky. So what do you do if you find yourself in the latter?

There are two school of thoughts, one is that you should develop passion for whatever course you are studying, the theorists of this school of thoughts believe human as a social being has the ability of adaptation, that you can condition your body, spirit and soul to any and every situation you wish to hence developing a passion for something you didn't like at first instance is very pragmatic.

The second of thought is that you should keep what you have especially when it's a bit difficult to change to a course you've have passion while you find a means of doing that which your passion lies in. Those in this school of thoughts believe that "Every human has the capacity to excel at more than one thing and that passion flows where one wants it".

But whatever theory suits you better, just keep yourself motivated always, the more passion you have for what you do, the easier it is for you to excel at it and that's why you must run at your track not pokenosing into the affairs of other people. As much as you can do so many a thing at a time as you wish, you'll save yourself unnecessary stress when you do as much as you only have passion for.
